Hi all - my job is computers. I deal with maintenance contracts all the
time and that is the first time I have ever seen a software maintenance
agreement that is based on the number of entries in the database!
Also as software package that handles record keeping for an organiz-
ation with only 5000 people should not be that expensive or comp-
licated. Granted there may be some complicated algorithms in the
system but this is a small organization compared to what I see and
most of our maintenance contracts are smaller than that!
