Who knows training?

Hi, my name is Daphne Corkum. I'm from Nova Scotia, Canada.
Lately my mother purchased a new horse, it was originally from
out of the province. The people who sold her to my mother said she
was well trianed in many areas, so mom trusted them and bought the
horse. Now, that we have the mare at home she doesn't want to do
anything at all. So who can tell us if she's is home sick or is she
really hasn't been trained at all?
