Eleven year old mare, sucessfully raced 1995 in Kenyln Flat Region VIII, Top V.
Fourth in condition and time, Rapid recovery and very tractable at Vet checks,
was a real "hit" with her manners. Had only been legged up for two months.
Went on to do Competative Trail and was a little to pushy for the rider. Rider
was 15 years old, first time in sport or on any rides. This mare is an
endurance mare, will go any where, any time in any conditions. Approx. 15.1
hands, grey with excellent dispostion and attitude. Requires an experienced
rider as she is smart beyond belief. When at competative events wanted to "go"
not be as paced as the rider required, she will change pace willingly, but wants
to get the job done, i.e. win! This is a lease for serious riders only as I've
been told by long time riders that this mare could be one of the top horses in
the sport with the right rider. She is an AL METRABBI ++ daughter out of ISLAM,
FADL and HIGGINS STOCK FARM blood. Pulse and respiration was recovered in
approx. 10 to 15 minutes to levels of 10 and 12, no soundness problems and has a
wonderful but mischevous personality. As long as you are the boss and she
respects you she is yours all the way. We do not have time to do this sport, we
show primarily dressage, and Class A and she is still in condition at this time
with only a five week layoff, we ride her trail and only sporadically and my
husband says that she is a dream to ride and will show her western pleasure if
we can not find a leasee for her by next spring. I do not want to sell this
mare, she is a proven broodmare and I still want her babies in the future for
marketing an show. She has been shown class A at halter and has championships
and firsts in halter, shown lightly at open all breed shows sucessfully in
western pleasure - Her forte is endurance and I would like to see her
