[endurance] "Mud Fever" ie. scratches

I use a veterinairian product called "Pruritex". It is a white, milk-like lotion
which contains cortison (so do not use it within at least two weeks
before an official ride with dope checks, as your horse will be positiv)
but it cuires within 2-3 days. I do not have to use it often, but if (both the
Achal Tekkiner and the part-bred Arab suffer from scratches several
times a year) the problem gets out of hand and they are sore, I apply this
medicine and it is gone within a couple of days.

I only use clean cloth to dry their feet, never use additional water or soap
as this usually makes it worse.
