Hi Amy,

Where in NJ do YOU live? I live in Hunterdon County Central-West
part of the state and my area is still more than 50% agricultural.
Most farmers however, take offense to you riding thru or even on the edge
of their crops. We own 60 acres about 5 trailer minutes away from my house
and barn with a very steep and a semi steep hill. Twice a week I trailer over
for a hill work out. One or two times a week I do a 10 or so mile workout
along the flat farm lanes around my house. And on the weekends we are not
competing we trailer out for a 15-20 mile workout. Last weekend we went to
Jockey Hollow National Historical Park in Morristown. I have a fairly complete
list of NJ state parks that permit horses. I also trailer to PA alot, I'm only
7 miles from the border. If you let me know where you live I could put you
in touch with endurance/competitive riders in your area.
