I hope I did this right (i.e. sent to the correct location) I am doing this
for the first time for a neighbor who is an endurance rider.
I give her copies of the endurance digest everyday and she had a comment
she wanted to pass on on endurlite.
Her name is Odette Parker and she rides on the east coast but will be
heading out west this fall.
She also wodered why there were almost no email from east coast riders.

Her comment

The Endura-Light being referred to is probably the powder manufactured for
Creative Science , St Joseph Mo. I believe orginally developed by Jeannie
Waldren, DVM, East Coast. It can be purchased from Equine Performance
Products advertised in Endurance News and Running Bear Farms, Kitts Hill
Ohio. I wix with apple sauce in a 1 qt tub and deliver orally with a 60cc
needle nose syringe as I leave each vet check (drinking and gut sounds being
ok). Mix 1 scoop of powder with enought apple sauce ti fill the syringe and
make enough for the ride. Can be refrigerated but does not keep as long as
apple sauce (goes bad after a few days). I carry a syruinge and dry
electrolites in a film tub or pharmacy pill tub with me at all times and
just mix with H2O on trail if needed. (Odette Parker)
