More on one hour vet check

As a person that has not ridden in an endurance ride (but am
interested), it seems to me that the key word is "present" the
horse within one hour. Without going to the dictionary or other
such things, "present" to me is a condition that is satisfied when
one shows up. If the word used has been "complete" or completion
of a vet check, that would lead me to a different interpetation.

Just my point of view. Actually it was interesting to read comments
about how the horse's condition may change over the hour. Initially
pulse and respiration might be of concern but stading around for as litlle
as 20 minutes may casue significant stiffening up of the horse.
Educational to read the messages.
