Last years NC qualifications

In response to:

  I hope that  the board will
vote to keep the same qualifying criteria as last year in 
place, and have
the new tougher criteria be in place for the qualification 
period starting
in August so that the riders will have the entire year to 
qualify under the
tougher criteria.

Last years criteria allowed a horse and rider with 150 
lifetime endurance miles and 50 LD miles to become one of 
our National 50 mile champions.

I'm not in favor of allowing a return to the criteria of 
last year for the qualifications.
