Well, based on the lengthy research into this topic that Tami had done, I
would suggest we are going about it all wrong.  We need to ban all riders
and horses with over 500 endurance miles, since we're obviously so much
more dangerous, and make the entry quals for the NC limited to those who
have less than 100 team miles.
