[RC] improving the top line - a . yovich

I believe that dressage work is the best thing you can do to improve the top
line of the horse. I've been wondering if more dressage work would improve my
mare who tends to have a spine that stands out a bit. I didn't know if it was
just a conformational problem I will have to live with, or dressage would help
it, but I do know dressage will help with the neck. If the horse learns to move
from teh back through to the front he will use all those muscles much more
efficiently. However, if you're used to holding your horse in a frame, you may
have to back up and teach him a new way of going.
