Here is the AERC Convention schedule of International meetings. This is
TENTATIVE, but it is close enough to help you with travel planning. I will
send the final schedule and the location of the meetings as soon as the
information is available.

8:00 USET Active Riders Committee
10:00 USET Endurance Committee meeting
1:00 Joint USET, USAE Endurance Comm.,USAE High Performance Comm.
3:00 Joint USAE EC and USAE HPC

Friday, March 14th
8:00 AERC International Committee. Focus on Pan American Championship
10:30 Joint AERCI, USET EC, USET Active Athletes Committee, USA-E EC, And
USAE HPC to interview and elect National CDE and Selection Chair

Saturday, March 15th
3:00 or 4:00 January 2004 World Endurance Championship - UAE Preview

Note: All meetings are OPEN with the exception of the job interviews for
National CDE and Selection Chair. Come by, visit and shop at the AERC
International Booth at the Trade Show.
