Just wondering if anyone has had any dealings with the new Ortho-Flex
company and what do you think about the saddles currently being produced and
    the customer service? Thanks

Thanks for the opportunity to comment on the "New Ortho-Flex" company. I
have a O-F Stitchdown that is
about 3 years old. It is a quality, well-built saddle but like anything
else made by man, it has parts
that can sometimes break. Last month while doing the Hungry Buzzard 50 I
    had a stirrup hanger bracket
break. I was able to rig it up temporarily to finish the ride. Anyway, I
    called Ortho-Flex the day before
Thanksgiving and told the guy my problem. He was the only person around and
    could offer nothing except
to say that I could send it in to be repaired for a flat fee plus shipping.
However, he gave me the name
of the man in charge of customer service, A. C. Johnson, and said he might
help me. When I called him almost
a week later he apologized for any inconvenience the other rep might have
caused me. Then he took my address
to send me a replacement bracket that I could install myself. Three days
later I had a PAIR of brackets, left
and right, sent to me by UPS 2nd Day at NO CHARGE. Within thirty minutes I
had my saddle repaired at no cost
to me. Of course, my saddle was built by the "old" O-F and the new company
had no real obligation to me, even
if it had been new enough for a warranty repair. They just had the attitude
that I should not have had the
problem with the saddle and did what was necessary to help me get it
    repaired at the least cost.

I could not be more pleased with Mr. Johnson and the "new" Ortho-Flex
    company.
