I wanted to know if the really thick winter coat
is affecting my HRM from not getting a reading. It works but won't pick up
HR. Under my saddle is pretty dry where electrode is when I get home cause
my horse is such a wooly mammoth!! I used Aloe Vera gel and electrode gel and
that didn't work. Do I shave those 2 areas I put electrodes to help get a
reading? I did try it on a horse that is blanketed and short coated and it
worked ok.
