    The problem is this farriers are not professionals. If you find a farrier that is he is worth his/her weight in gold. If they can't treat their business like a business then you probably want someone else anyway. Think what would happen if you treated a customer that way. I have been blessed with two very professional guys that are there when they say and we make an appointment for the next shoeing then. They know they can rely on my being there with clean, well behaved horses. I have some friends that are having the same problem you are though. Keep looking for a real professional they are out there!
