    I agree with most of the posts.  I've had a few Arabs that would flip their heads going down hill as we started conditioning.  I think because the horse is out of shape, they want to rush down because they don't want to work off the back end, and they end up getting pissy because you won't let them rush.  With more work, as they get more strength, it should lessen. 

    On the other hand, if you think your horse is sore on a front leg (whether the vet agrees or not) I would check it out thoroughly.  I could be as simple as the horse being heavy on the forehand because she's out of shape, but personally I would have a good lameness work up done just to be sure.
