[RC] Tie/Hobble/Calm Training - Ben Turner

A nice thing about training horses is that generally (like perl)
there's more than one way to do just about anything (regardless
of the guru's protests). A few gems I've pondered and employed
in some variation or another can be found at:
         http://web.wt.net/~stovall/tie.htm ,
         http://home.earthlink.net/~phetsy/hobble.html , and
         http://www.ceoates.com/info/Sacking_Out_A_Horse.html

    Best,
    Ben Turner
