Re: [RC] [RC] Horse Vacuums - Michelle Fink

"Think a wet/dry small shop vac. It's less expensive than a
    Horse Vac"

I tried one of the Walmart wet/dry vacs, had it plugged in on a GFCI
circuit, and the darned thing shocked my horse & me a couple of times.
Seemed like static discharge. :-( I took the vacuum back. Any ideas on how
to prevent this? Is it related to living in an extremely dry climate? I
still don't understand how a plastic handle could give us such a jolt.

    Happy trails -
    Michelle
