Ahhhhhhh...you see, Trail-Rite is actually the Internet portal for Area 51.  
The government does not want you in there - alien horses and all.  :o)  
Seriously, I go there all the time!  Hmmmmmmmmmm are you just clicking on it 
from the Vendors section of endurance.net, or are you typing it in and 
surfing to it?  They are great people with great products and prices....
