Ride your horse, then ride some more, and ride a 50 and ride some more.
    And good luck....

Of course this is advice from someone who has never ridden a hundred. I have no doubt my body could do it. My horse could do it.....but my mind?????

Subject: [RC] How do I get in "shape" for a hundred?

I am only 13 but I want to do a 100 miler.  I have the chance to maybe just maybe do one.  Now I need to get in shape first.  What do I do?  It isn't tell like February but still.  I can go to this place called Curves for Women 3 times a week.  What else should I do any advise?

    Thanks,

    Megan :)
