    Includes North American Wetlands Conservation and Revision of NOAA  
    
    
    Washington, D.C. - The House this morning approved 15 Resources bills 
    by unanimous consent.  Included in the list were bills that designate 
    wilderness, protect wildlife, and enhance navigation safety and 
    efficiency.
