    I'm not Susan G, but I'm a good Idaho kid who grew up around the sugar beet
    industry.  :-)  There is NO sugar to speak of in beet pulp.  It is what is
    left of the sugar beet after the sugar has been taken out.  Beet pulp is
    basically a fiber source or forage feed.
