Ridecamp: [RC] training contract

Hi Everyone.....am wondering if someone has an agreement/contract
you use when training someones horse. I would be training and riding this 
horse
out on trails and at the clients property.  Also am looking for an 
agreement/contract
for boarding/training on my property. If anyone has a good one; simple but to 
the  point, please e-mail me privately.  Thanks in advance.
