Hi, I am a 15 years old, a junior rider from Washington.  Being the Junior 
Rep for the PNER juniors, I decided to make an email list and a 
website.  If you have any juniors who are interested in becoming a part of 
the email list, please email me.  This list includes juniors from all over 
the US.  I recently completed a website with exclusively junior-related 
content.  If you know any juniors who might be interested in the website or 
if you would like to view it yourself, here's the
