Ridecamp: [RC] Lake Sonoma Terrain?

I plan on doing the Lake Sonoma later this month, but have never been up
there.  What is the terrain like?  Hills? single track?

I've heard its beautiful!!  Is there a loop that goes back to base camp
first, or is it up around the lake?  Any controlled starts?
