Kari, if your horse is happy with hay and she's drinking well, then why
worry about "treats?" Carrots, horse cake, potatoes and sweet mashes are
sued when the horse won't eat the basics. I suggest wetting the hay a
bit, but that may not even be an issue if she's getting lots of water
and e-lytes. Relax. Breathe in. Breathe out.
