Ridecamp: [RC] taller horses - other breeds

With the talk of taller horses I wondered if anyone out there rides
Trakehners as endurance horses. Their history with the Trek out of East
Prussia during the war, would indicate that they may well be useful
enough, particularly those with a lot of Arab or Shagya blood.
Also what about Shagyas? anyone ride them?
