Wanted to pass along a great resource to those interested.  "The Glass Horse" is a 3D CD which covers the equine gastrointestinal system--abnormal and normal.  It includes text, audio, and images. I have found it helpful and clear in understanding my horses gastrointestinal system--esp after he suffered an inflammation of his upper small intestine at a ride.  This CD was created by the University of Georgia.  Website is  www.3Dglasshorse.com   My vet lent it to me, so I am not sure of the cost.  Hope this is helpful to anyone interested.
