[RC] Carbohydrate fuel - Roger Rittenhouse

I suggest a good reading for all looking to provide adequate fuel
during a ride. I read it 3 times. Was going to comment but felt best
to let the carbo wars alone.
Before one becomes to critical of the author Dr Ray Geor - look up his
    bio.
Sort of backs up what I have been doing for 5 years?

Also look at some of the KER reports and studies, they appear to be
getting 'lite' on extra carbs during a 'ride' /race.

Meanwhile I will keep doing what has been working for me.
MY personal protocol is no pre-load and one to two oz per VC and the
finish. OR you can use Maple syrup/brown sugar as some are doing.. a bit too gutsy
    for me.
