    I was wondering if any of you have suffered serious spinal injuries from falls and when/if you rode again how you handled it. I've suffered two compression fractures in the past 10 years, the last one more serious and actually broke a vertebrae with spinal cord encroachment. It would break my heart to give up riding, but don't relish the thought of living with paralysis either.
