[RC] Using Atropine - Ridecamp Guest

Just curious if anyone has used atropine in their horse's eye with a very slow recovery time for the medicine to diminish. If so, what length of time after stopping the medicine did your horse recover. According to my vet, there doesn't seem to be any other problem in his eye. I'm anxious to get him outside and ride again. Will a fly mask be sufficient to allow him to go outside and ride? Thank you for your responses.
