Ridecamp: [RC] stirrup hangers

Does anyone know if there is a product to mate 1 inch leathers to
stirrups designed for wider leathers?  I sometimes feel like my cloud
nine stirrups are not properly level.  I'd like to be able to buy
something that would keep the narrow leather centered in the middle of
the stirrup bar if possible.  Wide leathers are not even an option with
my current saddle, and I prefer biothane english leathers anyway.
