I think we all need to pay
very close attention to the proposed rule change regarding the way 3 day rides
are sanctioned. Moving it from the Regional Sanctioning Director, to a
board decision on sanctioning for the first 2 years. I feel it will limit
our choices, and restrict the regions Sanctioning Directors in an unequal manor.
There is no reason to change this. I am concerned that a few will end up
controlling not only the rides in their area, but all other neighboring areas as
well. If this concerns you, please e/mail the board and tell them to leave it as
