I saw some hay Saturday that I would have
eaten. It was just flake after flake of pure green alfalfa leaves, no
stalks, no stems, just beautiful leaf and dry as a bone.
I ask the guy how much, $2.25 a bale. He had
sold out of course, but I told him I'd take at least 200 bales of his third
cutting, give the guys a treat with their grass/alfalfa mix.
Gosh am I lucky!!!!
