Where do I find the kind that goes on your helmet and the blinking kind that clips on the horse's bridle?  Also, I would like to find reflective leg wraps.

Your best bet for night riding (IME) is to just duct tape some glow bars to your horse's breast collar.  It will give you a little bit of light to see the trail and it won't interfere with your horse's night vision. Remember that your horse doesn't need any help to see, its all for you <g>.  I can't even imagine putting a blinking light on the horse's bridle -- not only would it mess up his night vision, but I would think it would make the rider nauseous after a while.  And, PLEASE, whatever you do, don't put a light on your horse's tail!!! Had that happen at Tevis one year and it made me extremely "sea sick" when riding behind this person.  I do keep a flashlight clipped to my saddle so that in an emergency I have light.
