[RC] Land prices - Peggy Bergman-Smith

Not that I know squat, but what time of the night were these people trimming
the trail.  Doesn't Tevis finish anywhere from late at night to five in the
morning?  I have no Tevis experience, but that doesn't sound right to me,
neither does the 'just happened to be riding the trail' excuse.  Do people
really trim branches and just ride that late?  (Only endurance people would
do that!)
