I pretty much agree with Truman.
Sometimes the fronts just don't get out of the way in time,
and changing the
front shoeing helps.

Forging is when you hear a click, which is the toe of the hind
hitting somewhere on the front shoe (or sole). The hind shoe can grab the heel
of the front shoe and pull it off or bend it.
Short coupled horses with a big over-step can travel close,
and sometimes forge when they're tired (sometimes they can pull a shoe while
walking).

Your horse is traveling close behind also, hitting one hind
fetlock (or coronet) with the other hind.
This has to be addressed too.

Square toed shoes are not the same as a rolled or rockered
toe.
You need to evaluate how the horse moves and address
break-over of all 4 feet.

Good luck..
