Putting your ride meeting agenda in writing and handing it out with the
entry is a GREAT idea!  Two reasons:
>From a RM standpoint:  It reminds ME what to say!  The more thorough my
meeting, the less problems I have throughout the day.
>From a Rider standpoint: If the meeting is the night before, I'd say I miss
80% of them because we come in after work on Friday, usually quite late.  It
is wonderful to go sign up and be able to read, in the peace of my own
trailer, about the ride, and not bother the RM about the criteria, etc.
After the initial ugh of having to sit down and write it, it is done!  Even
saved on the computer for next year!
