    Well Barbara, you have been on the California loop and as you have said in the
    past, when it was first built, it scared you to death (almost)  Horses are tired
    there, there are roots, there are squirrel holes. A horse stumbles and is to
    tired to catch itself as it would normally do. But hey, this ride has been
    happening for how many years and has been on this trail how long? I wouldn't
    change anything, unless it was to require proven horses and proven riders......
    BUT, I hate to have things dictated and would rather let everyone make their own
    decisions and live with the consequences.  Take your own responsibility....
