Re: Entry Fees

I don't think it was clear in my earlier message about the Trails
Committee proposal to add $1.00 per starting rider proposed at the recent
Midyear Meeting. That proposal was subsequently determined to have been
improperly made and was removed. The $1.00 we are currently talking
about comes from a motion made at the 2000 Midyear Meeting to increase
Starting Rider Fees by $1.00 to avoid any near future dues increases,
with the fee to go into effect in 2002.
