    [RC] Navicular Horse - GarnerT

I have a horse that was diagnosed navicular about 3 months after purchase
(he passed a prevet exam, by the way). I've had him about 10 years now. I
couldn't sell him at the time, he was only 6, a big beautiful black appendix
quarter horse. At that time, horses like Col were going for slaughter. I
tried corrective shoeing, bute, MSM, Flex Free, isoxoprine, etc. He has
never been totally sound, but was rideable on easy level terrain.

I finally quit all the gimmicks. Recently, however, I was talked into
purchasing Finish Line. It has really helped him. He is more sound than
he's been in about 3 years, without any type of corrective shoes. We're
going to try shoes this next time & start riding. If you can get the other
problems cleared up, you might give this a try. Believe me, I don't like
wasting money & a navicular horse can be a drain. Good Luck.
