Ok, I got some info today that told me the
easywalkers are nailed on like regular shoes and do not require the extra kit.
Maybe I'll try some of those, too. If nothing else, I'll have a nice museum of
shoe! :)
Rob, as for your not understanding the aversion to
steel shoes, I'm not going to open that can of worms here. I merely decided I'd
mention the shoes I was looking at. Maybe if I had your perfect farrier skills,
I wouldn't need to look at alternative shoes or trimming methods.
