Ridecamp: [RC] Size of shoe?

Ok, so I went to order some shoes online and got stumped. The size choices 
for the "regular" shoe are: 110, 120, 130, 140, 150. The size choices for 
the shoes with pads are: 110+, 120+, 130+, 140+, 150+. My endurance horse 
wears size 0 easyboots. The other wears size 2 easyboots. What size shoes 
should I order for them??? And what's the difference in the + or the not + 
on the size?
