Ridecamp: Re: [RC] New Easyboot articles are online

The next rules committee article in EN discussions rule 6 (and thus 6-k). 
The whole issue of electronic support was hashed out  during the committee 
discussions that lead up the finally getting everyone to approve of the 
article. There were some pretty strong opine's about cell phones and gps's 
and such.  This RC discussion pretty much mirrors what happened on the 
rules committee:)
