Ridecamp: [RC] Comments on LD

Before you call someone or something ridiculous, make sure you understand
what they said.  AERC punishes (sanctions) people who overide their horses
or ride underage horses.  Many words have mulitple meanings, you have to
look at the context clues surrounding the word or the context of the
statement.  It does not mean "approves of" in the context of the sentence.
