Hi, I am doing my first LD in a couple of weeks. My horse does not sweat a lot so I have never used electrolytes. I am concerned that the extra stress of competition might make her sweat more than usual and she might need them. If I buy some in case could I use them without a "get used to them" period? She has done the camping thing a lot, her buddy will be there with her and she is usually fine in a group of horses, I'm just worrying for something to do...
