[RC] FERA Moonlight Madness Ride Results - Teri Hunter

FERA BOD would like to thank everyone who participated, volunteered or
worked the 1st FERA Moonlight Madness Ride. Not everything came off without
a few glitches but everyone seemed to have a good time. Thank you to the
great vetting. These vets are the best. Thank you Dr. Matt Frazier, Dr.
Shearer for coming all this way and making sure every horse was fit to
continue. We would like to also thank Dr. Megan Davis for volunteering her
expertise. These vets are one in a million. If you have ever ridden in a
ride that they vet, you can expect to get 150% of their expertise and caring
    for your horse.

We would also like to thank Howard Bramhall and Brian Sams for driving
several hours to volunteer and help PR. Staying for countless hours with
the vets until the last of the riders came in. (3:00 am)

Heavy rain landed upon Duette Park for several days before the ride. We
would like to thank Keith Bass, Joy Rohrer and her family, Ross Redding and
anyone whom else helped check the trails before the riders were to venture
    out.

Thanks to Duette Park for making everyone feel at home and wanting us to
come back. They are a great group of people. If you ever want to condition
your horse in Central Florida, go to Duette Park in Manatee County. Great
group of people and some real interesting trails.

Thanks to Todd Garrett - President of FERA for putting countless hours in
this ride. We all had a great experience of what it is to ride in the dark
with all those boogie men out there.

This is a quote from Debbie Foti, 1st place 50 and BC. "Riding 50 miles in
the dark is harder than doing a 100 in the daylight."
