    I love Steve's idea to get rid of a rule when we add a new rule.
    One of the reasons some people do not enter more rides is the cost.  I was one of those people, I had 6 kids, could not afford the entry fees.  Well, many young married people have lots of bills with house/car/kids/medical payments.  Then add on an entry fee?
    Well, most of the entry fee goes to vets.  Well, I love the help they give us, but keeping the costs of this sport down allows more people to participate.  Barney and Dave were not over worked at Ft. Schellbourne, the ride and vetting were just well organized.
