    The rule requiring a veterinarian at all checks was intended to cover even
    stop-and-go pulse checks when it was put in place by the BoD.  I was on the
    BoD at the time, and the discussion was quite specific.  So yes, Vonita was
    correct in the situation that was mentioned in saying that to have such a
    check is in violation of AERC rules.  (I'm not offering argument pro or con
    here--just stating that that's what the rule is.)
