In a state like Michigan where we basically have NO
selenium, you'd have to basically let the horse DRINK the stuff to
get too much. I think there is only 1 mg. in one ounce of Red Cell
(usually one squirt). I routinely feed 3 mg a day of my supplement with
about 1750 IU of E.
