    [RC] hesitates to urinate - Sarita Weimer

    Hi folks!  A friend of mine has a TWH gelding (I think about 13 years old) who stretches out like he's going to urinate, but doesn't.  He does this under saddle, I don't think it's been witnessed in pasture.  I don't think it's nerves as I believe this horse didn't always hesitate this way and he is not in a new environment.  Does this both at home and on trail.  I doubt if his sheath has been cleaned well in a long time.  This horse had a blood panel done recently and he was just a little low on selenium.  Does anyone have any ideas on what might be causing this?
